Commercial Service Technician

Responsibilities:

• Commercial Service and Repair
• Chillers, boilers, VAV, air handlers, water source heat pumps, packaged units and splits
• Variable Speed Drives
• Lead person on service repair and retrofit  work
• Test and balance work
• DDC controls a plus
• Produce service tickets, daily reports and balance/start-up reports
• On-call rotation

Requirements:

• EPA Certificate
• Drug free and pass a drug screening
• Clean driving record
• Extensive experience with reading and trouble shooting from schematics
• Strong working knowledge of the Building and Mechanical Codes
• Excellent communication skills
• 5–10 years experience

Commercial HVAC Service Sales Person

Prior Knowledge Requirements:

• Commercial service projects and repair quotes i.e. Chillers, boilers, VAV, air handlers, water source heat pumps, Cooling Towers, packaged units and splits
• Service contract sales
• DDC controls sales a plus

Requirements:

• Competitive, Money and Goal Motivated
• Drug free and pass a drug screening
• Clean driving record
• Experience with reading and pricing from mechanical drawings
• Strong  knowledge of the local Building and Mechanical Codes
• Excellent communication skills
• 5–10 years local experience
